Terms Acceptance

By entering, registering your account or making a wager with Bet4Cuci, you agree to be governed in full by these Terms & Conditions. These restrictions apply to your use of Bet4Cuci. We retain the right to modify these terms at any moment without notice. It is your duty to examine these terms periodically. By continuing to use the platform you accept any modified terms.

Account Creation and Verification

• Eligibility: Our services are available to anyone 18 years of age or older.
• One Account Per Player: Each player is entitled to open one (1) Bet4Cuci account only. Any duplicate accounts created using the same IP address, home, bank account or device will be promptly suspended and all winnings associated with such accounts will be invalid.
• Accurate Information: You must give accurate, current and complete personal and financial information when you register. Deposits and withdrawals will be rejected if the details provided do not match the name of the bank account.

Deposit and “Bet4Cuci” (Withdrawal)

• Funding Your Bet4Cuci Account: You are only allowed to finance your Bet4Cuci account from your own bank account or e-wallet in your own name. Third party deposits are strictly forbidden and will be reimbursed with no playtime.
• Rollover/Turnover Requirements: All general deposits, unless specifically related to a bonus, will require a minimum 1x turnover (betting the full deposit amount at least once) before a “cuci” withdrawal can be requested.
• Minimum withdrawal: 50 MYR. The maximum amount of funds that can be withdrawn in a day depends on your VIP level.
• Processing Times: Bet4Cuci strives to process all verified withdrawals within 15 minutes. However, delays may arise due to bank maintenance, public holidays or further security verification may be required.

Bonuses and Promotions

• Fair Play: Bonuses & Promotions are for leisure gamers only. Bet4Cuci retain the right to restrict the eligibility of clients to participate in any campaign.
• Wagering Requirements: There are wagering requirements attached to bonuses (5x, 10x, 20x). You cannot withdraw your deposit, bonus or winnings until you have fully completed the set rollover requirement.
• Bonus Abuse: Any type of bonus abuse including but not limited to opposing betting (hedging) in live casinos, opening numerous accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting software faults may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all cash.

Prohibited Activities and Anti-Fraud Policy

Bet4Cuci will not tolerate any form of fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting or use of artificial intelligence (bots) and/or automated software to affect the outcome of any game.

We reserve the right to suspend the account, confiscate all balances and denounce the individual to the relevant legal authorities if we detect any fraudulent conduct, money laundering or infringement of these Terms and Conditions.

Liability Limitation

Bet4Cuci and the software suppliers shall have no liability for any loss, damages or expenses incurred by you arising out of your use of the website or participation in the games. The platform is offered “as is” with no warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted service or error-free gameplay. In the case of a system failure, all bets and rewards will be null and invalid.

Closing of Accounts

You may close your Bet4Cuci account at any time by contacting the Customer Support and withdrawing any sum remaining, subject to usual withdrawal terms. Bet4Cuci may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your account at any time and without notice if you infringe any of these Terms and Conditions.
