Bet on whether the total goals in the match will be over or under a line, such as 2.5. A quarter line such as 2.25 is not a normal line: half your stake goes on 2 and half on 2.5. If you take Over 2.25 and the match ends with exactly two goals, the half on 2 is refunded and the half on 2.5 loses, so you lose half your stake. Three or more goals is a full win.
Bet on whether the total number of goals will be odd or even. A 0-0 result counts as even.
Pick the exact final score. The odds are usually higher than in other markets because you need one specific result, which makes it much less likely to come in.
Combine several selections from different matches into one bet. The odds multiply, so the possible return is larger, but a standard parlay needs every selection to succeed. If a match is void, that selection is usually removed from the calculation, and an Asian Handicap half win or half loss reduces the payout instead of cancelling the whole bet. The provider's rules decide the exact settlement.
Live sports betting lets you bet while the match is in play. Odds move with every goal, card and minute, and a market can be suspended after key moments. If the price changes before your bet is accepted, the sportsbook may reject it or offer the new odds, so you will not always get the odds you first saw.
